Barr Once Again Elected to NRA Board of Directors

Atlanta, GA – Former Congressman Bob Barr will attend the National Rifle Association’s Annual Convention and Board Meeting later this week in St. Louis, Missouri. Barr was just elected to his fourth consecutive three-year term to the NRA Board of Directors.

Barr said, “It is a great honor to once again serve this organization as a Board Member. I believe the constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to this nation, and I will continue to be a voice for those who hold the Constitution as the foundation of America.”

Barr, a former Member of Congress (1995-2003), has served as a US Attorney and with the Central Intelligence Agency. He is a lawyer and currently works with national organizations on issues related to privacy and national security.
